Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We currently offer a 14-day free trial on any plan, so you can explore all that Boardssey has to offer without commitment. Your credit card will not be charged until the trial ends.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, absolutely! You can change your plan at any time to suit your project’s needs. Just head to your account settings, select the plan you’d like, and your new benefits will be available immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), all powered by Stripe. We’re working on adding more options—stay tuned!
Is there a discount for annual plans?
Yes! When you choose an annual plan, you save up to 25% compared to paying monthly. This applies to all three pricing tiers.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! Boardssey is commitment-free. If you need to cancel, just do so from your account settings, and you’ll have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Don’t worry—you won’t lose your hard work. When you cancel, your data remains stored on Boardssey for 90 days. If you decide to reactivate within that time, you’ll pick up right where you left off.
Is Boardssey mobile-friendly?
While we’re currently optimized for desktop, a mobile-friendly version is in development. It’s on the way, and we’re excited to bring Boardssey’s full capabilities to your phone or tablet soon!
